John Asher Thompson, CEO of Elm Tree, has been developing and financing large-scale resort and casino projects across the US for more than 20 years. He co-founded and backed SB22, a next-generation sports betting, iGaming, and free-to-play platform designed for the US market, which is modern, scalable, modular, and fully automated.

Bill Warner, the founder of Warner Gaming, brings with him decades of experience in the industry. Before founding Warner Gaming, he served as executive vice president and COO of Station Casinos, a major US gaming company headquartered in Las Vegas, where he managed a workforce of over 14,000 employees. 

During his tenure, the company grew from one casino to 14 casino properties, including seven integrated resorts. His role included overseeing all gaming and non-gaming operations, and he was responsible for the development of 12 greenfield casino projects and the management of casino operations in both regional and destination markets.

Warner also recently launched OPTX Solutions, a revolutionary technology platform designed to harness the power of data and provide casino management with a system for increasing profitability, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
