NeoGames Names Robert Wesley VP of NA Customer Development

The leading provider of end-to-end iGaming and iLottery solutions, NeoGames S.A., announced it strengthened its C-suite with the appointment of Robert Wesley as vice president of North American customer development. Announcement about the senior-level hire came Wednesday but according to the company, the appointment was in effect as of August 1, 2023. Recently, NeoGames expanded its European footprint via a partnership with Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance AS (LEIA).

Having Wesley aboard marks an important milestone in NeoGames’ expansion in North America. By hiring the seasoned expert, the company anticipates further growth in strategic markets within the region. In his new role as VP of North American customer development, Wesley brings extensive experience within the gambling sector.

Besides contributing toward expansion and signing of new partnerships, Wesley will also play an important role and assist in NeoGames’ relations with existing customers. At the same time, he will focus on helping the company grow the reach of its products.

Wesley said that it is exciting to become a part of NeoGames’ C-suite and collaborate with the company’s portfolio of partners. “The North American iLottery market is one that continues to grow rapidly and NeoGames is in a prime position to support lotteries who are interested in enhancing the interactive gaming experience they offer,” he added. The Executive Brings Extensive Experience

In his new role, Wesley brings extensive experience of more than two decades within the lottery vertical. For 25 years, he was a part of the Virginia Lottery where he held strategic senior-level roles. Most recently, Wesley held the role of deputy executive director of lottery.

Under his guidance, the Virginia Lottery has seen significant growth and its iLottery program grew to a top performing for the US in less than three years after its launch. Additionally, within the recently completed fiscal year, the Lottery’s sales grew by a staggering 23%.
