FanDuel Preparing for National Broadcast
As an exclusive sports betting partner to the MLB, FanDuel will also be receiving expanded marketing rights, enabling it to use the official MLB branding. Furthermore, FanDuel will be able to use highlights in its FanDuel TV programming, as well as in various products. A big focus of the partnership will be enhancing the matchday betting experience for the fans.
FanDuel will utilize both the FanDuel+ OTT platform as well as the sportsbook app to stream MLB.TV’s Free Game of the Day, signaling the company’s commitment to innovate in the space. Its growing commitment also showed last year, when MLB partnered with the American Gaming Association (AGA) in the latter’s responsible gambling campaign back in September 2022. This ties in with the League’s Platinum Member status in the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG)’s Leadership Circle.
